So candidates tend to really put irrelevant stuff on their CV’s and it really makes me think…

Candidate lists her leadership roles as follows: (Please make note that she is around 55 years old)

Scholar Patrol (Grade 4 – Primary School)

Deputy Class Captain (Grade 2 – Primary School)

 

Now this is a achievement and a leadership role, but I don’t think it is really relevant?
