I have had a terrible year when it comes to losing friends…
Why is all I am thinking, but then only the good die young?
It is so sad how we all let silly things come between us, we dnt stay in contact, delay things for later and just assume that we will see the person again!

Today got the call about Eldan Greef, he passed away this weekend in a car accident
:(He was a nice boy, had a brilliant imagination, Talented, intelligent, always listened to my bull stories in school, always waved from their garden when I drove past, had a different view on life he was open and honest. I only knew him a short while in my life from primary school to matric, we kinda lost contact but remember telling him in September this year I’d pop in over December, have been searching my files for pictures of him and couldn’t find any… think he was camera shy too…
He will be missed and I can see how he laughing from heaven saying we all SISSY’s because we crying over him!
I have learned allot from him… DNT WORRY ABT WHAT OTHERS THINK OF YOU! LIVE YOUR LIFE!
My heart, prayers and thoughts go out to his parents and to everyone that knew him, he will be missed and loved forever!

Weekend :)

So what a weekend…
Cari and I headed to Potch (well we tried) took us 30 min to travel 3.4 km so we realized that this adventure and lil roadtrip might not be the best idea and seeing as things happen in three we were already 2 down and not wanting to tempt fate!

We had a chilled session and Cari left to join up with Michael etc.
I had fun with the dogs all cuddled up on the couch watching movies, reallu miss having them around to keep me company.
Went shopping and bough allot of stuff for home and I am happy that I did not blow the budget :)
Mmmmm today will pop in and see Melissa and hope Justin gets better soon!

Nothing really to report on at this stage…
O ja Matthew (sheppie) is coming to visit on Thursday better start practicing cooking hehehehe :)

:) So been on this searching week…
You know when you search deep down in your soul to clear the CLUTTER in one’s life etc. I used to call it “admin” and boy oh boy did I have allot of that!
Now I am simplifying my life, getting rid of the things I dnt need, fixing old relationships, being with people who accept and love me, having fun, letting my hair down, listening to good advise, stop trying to change for people, focusing on what is really important, staying at home and having ME TIME! (sounds hectic but been awesome)
I am Happy and less confused about the people in my life…
I have realized that every relationship has it’s expiry date, people leave lasting memories, you can learn from them etc.
People are cross that I have taken time for myself… BUT THAT IT THEIR PROPLEM!
I have been rushed this whole year and now its time to relax, unwind, get more positive thinking and creating my own new space! :)
ANYWOO ENOUGH SERIOUS STUFF!

Tuesday was another hectic day in the office, having one person not in the office kinda made it a lil hectic, but I managed and kinda realized that I could do more in a day :) It was Melissa’s last day, she is getting married on SATURDAY!
End of the day headed off to the Mall and browsed around while mom was at Monte Casino for conference, still looking for something to wear for Saturday and looking for things for home!
Anywoo picked mom up and Cari came around for visit, was so nice seeing her again and had a good chat! (THNKX for always listening my friend, you truly are a great and honest friend)Chatted till late and kinda missed our movie hehehehe
Mmmm went to bed rather late and yeah looking forward to tonight MOM MAKING DINNER!

BLOEM WEEKEND

WAS A AWESOME WEEKEND!
Firstly Mom in JHB and we having a lot of chill time and so nice!
Went off to Bloem this weekend (1000 km traveled this weekend) where we celebrated my Granddad’s 79th BIRTHDAY! Saturday was BIG BIG BIG BUILD UP to the Final Game being played in Bloemfontein! The spirit in the city was AMAZING, everyone had flags up outside their homes, cars, businesses and everyone wore Orange, painted faces and cars! Was cool and exciting, never seen this before!
The Game was awesome and we were a nice crowd at my Aunt and Uncles home. I have never really cheered in a game as much as I did on Saturday (my voice was gone)! The result of the game was mixed emotion, but rather a draw than a loss!
My cousin Andrew and I hit the party sense very late and had a awesome adventure together, we really “KUIER-erd” Lekker together! Saw Marzaan and had a jol with her too! And i had drinks with the CHEETAH TEAM Yeah yeah yeah but no photographic evidence :(
We only got home in the wee hours on Sunday morning around 4-ish?
WAS COOL THO AND REALLY HAD A GREAT TIME! (we even for some reason brought a Big drum home? See pic)
Sunday Lunch / Breakfast with family and mom drove home (thnx cos I would not have made it was a lil tired)
Got home in time for Survivor, read a lil and went to bed very early!

PTA WAS AWESOME!

PTA was AwEsOmE!
So this weekend was awesome!
Friday wasn’t feeling that well and my lil nap turned into be being a great sleep :)
Saturday woke up nice and early for the babysitting, kids were as good as gold! Headed home for nap and then to PTA for Izette bday party, was so nice to see her again, was very relaxed party and had time to catch up with the friends etc!
Pieter and myself were not that tired and decided that we would go out afterwards to good old HATFIELD hehehehe :)
GOOD4Fellas was the hangout for the eve! (never realized how obsessed people where abt the rugga) I had a good time and actually enjoyed all the Afrikaans music! Got to the Hostel around 2:45 am and was cool sneaking in felt like high school all over again! Slept like a baby WAKING UP EVERY HOUR with all the noise hehehehe but was cool! But I must admit sleeping in a dodgey single bed made me really appreciate my home!
Sunday came home and chatted on Mxit almost all day with a bunch of ppl, went to Cari’s house for Desperate Housewives (very good episode glad I watched it!).
Anywoo day was chilled and got to bed nice and early!

Back at the office today :)

Had a lil scare yesterday morning waking up with one I that couldn’t open and swollen face! (took pics too funny) Looked like a lil China Bean hehehe!
Had to call BIG SIS BRONWEN to direct me to the nearest doc, went in and he recons Bacterial Infection, I got pumped with antibiotics and strong eye drops for every hour!
So yeah “mom, dad and sis” took me in the eve and made me yummy food and I chilled.
Woke up this morning and eye looking and feeling much better!
Hope you all missed me stacks hehehe!
