So the rain is gone and the sunshine is out today!

(so just a random question... what does one have to gain by being mean... ok ok lets cut to the chace, i was asked to do something in the most rudest manner i have ever been spoken to, why? I am working and doing MY job, i really dnt need to be asked rudely to something ask me nicely and you know ill do it with pleasure! Ok ok feel better *for the record not even a superior requesting me to do something, it was junior staff member!!!!)

So now we have to be back at the office on the 2nd of JANUARY 2007...
There goes my plans of a awesome New Years!
Ill be travelling back on the 1st allready... that might be a interesting flight as everyone will still be in that New Years babbelas mood :)

OH WELL!
Im sure all will be ok and we will be in our NEW OFFICES!

What a weekend (yet again)!
Friday worked half day and went to lunch with Melissa and Charlene at Coachman’s at Peter Place Road. Food and company was soooooooo good and really had a nice time!

Left “early” as I had to go baby-sit Kayla and Connor, sat in traffic a hour or so but finally got there, we had fun this weekend, colored in, played Barbie, swam, watched a lilt v, ate sweets, went for walk, rode bikes and played tooth fairy!

Was a lil exhausting, did not realize how kids can stay busy for so long!
Had very little sleep but at the end of the day was actually really nice!

Now this week is going to be a little more chilled…
Have no idea what planned as yet!
But its Monday im sure by this afternoon Ill have the week all planned!

FRIDAY!

So finally its FRIDAY!
I am going out to lunch with Melissa and Charlene, which was our prize for the Top Team of October  Looking forward to getting out of the office!
Melissa also brought her wedding pictures to the office, WOW they are amazing! (Note to self want Melissa’s dress and photographer) Was a amazing wedding but those pictures where truly a reflection of a fairy tale wedding and you could see and feel the love… You two are awesome!

I am looking forward to this weekend will be away and babysitting Kayla and Connor (sweetest lil kids) will be up and about nice and early and the whole weekend PLAY TIME yeah yeah LOVE KIDS!

So with all that has been going on I have been thinking allot about next year, Offices moving to Fourways, Nadine coming to visit, my birthday (big 22), going to our visit in the UK, Grandpa’s 80th, want to start studying again and really work hard at the office. So much could happen in the next year, if everything goes according to plan I could actually be writing exams now  scary thought and also planning to go overseas for my working holiday…

So much and seems so far away but time doesn’t wait for anyone! 

:) TODAY WILL BE A GOOD DAY!

I spoke to a good friend last night and he has given me advise (without even knowing it) THNKX SO MUCH!

Sipho had a girlfriend, Lorraine , very pretty & he liked her a lot. One day Sipho went to work & found a gorgeous new girl had come to work at his office, named Clearly. He was quite smitten with her & she was very interested in him too. But Sipho was a loyal man & wouldn't do anything with Clearly, while he was still with Lorraine.

He decided to break up with Lorraine & get it on with Clearly, but he couldn't bring himself to do it.

Then 1 day he & Lorraine went for a walk along the riverbank, she slipped & fell in2 the river, the current carried Lorraine off & she drowned. Sipho stopped for a moment by the river, & then ran off smiling & singing & smiling & singing. What was he singing, you ask???


I can see Clearly now ... Lorraine is gone....

Need to vent!

Why do men lie?
Honestly I have no idea why men lie, but I have the feeling that we (the partner / female/ spouse etc) kind of do it for ourselves? Well lets not let men off the hook completely!
I have had the experience where I have been honest and open about the things I do not like, yet the men in my life have done it? Now in my mind if I do for a fact know that someone doesn’t like something I will try my best NOT TO DO IT! Men on the other hand do it and will not saying anything. And the reasoning behind it? “I did not want to tell you, as I know how you would have reacted!” Ok so now am I suppose to feel better that you still went ahead and did it without telling me? I ARE CONFUSED! If I do not like it WHY DO IT!??

I know for a fact my parents hated me doing certain things as a child, little things, yes I was tempted to do these things but wouldn’t do them?
Ok so as a child I think I had a mature approach… WHY DNT GROWN MEN HAVE THIS MENTALITY?

Ok so you spilt a lil milk, I will not freak!
Ok so you go out till waaaaaaaaaay too late (but you said it would be late), I will not freak!
Mmmm you go to a bachelors party with stripers (duh I know that there will be stripers), I will not freak!

But I tell you something specifically that would really upset me… yet the men in my life have done it or will attempt to do it and hide it!

So you can see why I’m confused…

So I’m not going to worry too much about it at that stage just wanted to vent!

First weekend

Weekend!
So Matthew finally arrived on Thursday so exciting waiting at the airport, was worried I wouldn’t make it in time, but had plenty of time :)
We headed home and chilled was a lil late and chatted to Althea and another Matthew (she is such a crazy lil lady oh sorry DUDE!)

FINALLY ITS FRIDAY!
Was a lil funny day at the office, everyone was relaxed and we joked allot, It was pretty much PICK ON CLAUDETTE DAY, but was good laughs!
Melissa and I were the top achieving team (more Melissa as I am a mere PA), we going to lunch this Friday :)
Went home late and we chilled had Mc Donalds (a big treat for people from the coast) and headed for Pretoria (thnx Frikkie for the brilliant directions) there it was HATFIELD and a buzz of people, I was surprised as it is exam time, but guess it never really bothers students too much!
The boys had fun and I was dedicated designated driver, Dropzone was packed but good fun good laughs.
Drove to the dorms, SCARY as I had no idea where we were going, and Bunny was soooooooooo funny, so finally got to the dorms and took at least 30 min negotiation to get someone to show us where we would be staying, finally got to the dorm OMG (I have never seen anything like that) it was scary, spiders, dust and just all round scary… I WANTED MY HOME (thanks Charl for arranging that *hint of sarcasm)
Woke up nice and early, was too scared to even change in the bathroom and headed to WIMPY in my pj’s hehehehe (they dnt really look like pj’s)
Was sooooooooooo happy to see JHB and we chilled most of the weekend!
Sunday had Chinese and fell asleep on couch, Matthew tugged me in so sweetly and was kinda sad leaving him all alone at home today :)
Althea off to Sun City Hope you have fun DUDE!
Matthew leaving on Wednesday :( but only 6 working weeks left then HOLIDAY!!
Bronwen is coming over for Dinner, mmmm that is about it regarding news?
