·         Consulting to clients on Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 Team System

·         Migrating Microsoft Visual Studio Source Safe to Team Foundation Server Source Control.

·         Administering Microsoft SQL Server 2005 in a Team Foundation Server environment.

June 2005 –  31 May 2006 Fidentia Administration Services

Position:    Systems Administrator

Responsibilities:

·         Administering Active Directory.

·         Administering Microsoft Exchange Servers 2000 and 2003

·         Implementing new installations and upgrades of Server (Windows Server 2003) as well as Desktop platforms.

·         NAS management using Veritas Backupexec

·         Managing suppliers and outsorced services

·         Providing first line and back end IT support to four member companies of the Fidentia Group of companies (Software Futures, Living Hands, Infinity and Automated Outsourced Services Limited) in a TCP/IP based Ethernet environment.

·         Liasing with Business Unit Heads and Project Managers, sourcing and allocating IT related resources/equipment to various Business Units and Projects.

·         Remote management of desktop computers and server at the Lesotho office of Living Hands.

·         Managing Video Conferencing systems.

Position:     Desktop Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

·         Provision of 1st and 2nd line IT support to various Business Units.

·         Installation and upgrading of Servers and desktop computers.
